FREE 15-Minute Phone Consultation

This is an opportunity for us to connect and discuss your goals, challenges, and any questions you may have about the coaching or mentor process. Couples Therapy

ADHD is hard enough, but being partnered (ADHD or neurotypical) can be even harder.) We will taylor a plan to help you work through the relationship piece while simultaneously addressing the ADHD behavioral techniques.

Executive Functioning Intensive

90 Minute Session to do a comprehensive assessment and plan. We will determine if you are eligible for additional 90 minute sessions or if 60 minute sessions would be more beneficial.

Over time, this can result in burnout.

Hi! I'm Korey, the founder and creator of Organized Chaos and creator of Take Care of YOU. I still can relate to everything you read so far because that use to be ME.

 As a professional, neurodivergent woman familiar with ALL the challenges of the #Jugglestruggle (I’m a therapist, coach, bar owner, and a married mom of 2 with a golden retriever and a chinchilla.

I know firsthand what' it's like to move through self-limiting beliefs, executive functioning struggles and mastering the tools to create habits that align with my greatest desires without getting distracted by shiny objects and side quests... usually ;)

While I received my masters in Social Work, have experience working as a hospital social worker, and currently support clients in my psychotherapy practice, I’m so excited to find you in this space where I’m currently wearing my coaching hat to support you.

My mission here at Organized Chaos Coaching & Mentorship is to help professional women overcome the hurdles that ADHD and helping professions create so they can balance ambitions, interests and relationships to create a life of joy and even more success than they’ve ever experienced before.

They are abilities that help individuals plan, organize, make decisions, control impulses, stay focused, and manage emotions. These skills are essential for goal-setting, problem-solving, and adapting to new situations.

Korey has professional and personal experience working with ADHD and has extensive knowledge about executive functioning. She not only has her master's degree, certificate in life coaching, but also is certified as ADHD Coach. She also has specialized training in EFT (emotional Freedom Technique).
